Saphala Ekadashi is an important fasting day in the Hindu calendar for Lord Vishnu. It happens on the 11th lunar day (Ekadashi) during the Krishna Paksha of the Pausha month. "Saphala" means success, and this day is celebrated to bring wealth, remove problems, and clear past issues. It is good for people wanting both material success and spiritual growth.
According to the Padma Purana, Lord Krishna tells Yudhishthira that keeping Saphala Ekadashi with faith is more rewarding than giving gold or doing a hundred rituals.
Saphala Ekadashi will be on Monday, December 15, 2025.
